Free of charge
Academy students are admitted free of charge to all concerts and lectures, and to the excursion and seminar organised by the 'Stichting Internationaal Orgelconcours' during the period 16 July - 31 July.
Registration fee (additional): € 85,00
Obligatory for all academy students except those attending only one 8-hour course.
Fees for separate courses:
one 22-hour course €205,-
one 14-hour course €150,-
one 8-hour course €100,-
Fees for combined courses:
22 hours (8+14) €230,- / €200 (reduction if course 8a is chosen)
28 hours (14+14) €280,-
30 hours (8+22) €285,- / € 255,- (reduction if course 8a is chosen)
36 hours (14+22 / 14+14+8) €325,- (no reduction for course 8a)
44 hours (22+22) €385,-
50 hours (22+14+14) €435,-
52 hours (22+22+8) €450,- / €425,- (reduction if course 8a is chosen)
58 hours (22+22+14) €500,-
As course 8a (New Compositions) is only open to listeners, the course fee is reduced.
Application for the Symposium on 24 July
A day ticket for the Symposium costs € 25. Click here to send an application to the office of the Organfestival.
Procedure
The registration fee (or fee for one 8-hour course) must be paid upon application [open from 1 January]. Payment can be made free of charge by using PayPal on this website (see below).
After an application has been confirmed by e-mail, the registration fee cannot be refunded in the event that the application is cancelled.
An invoice for the course fee will be sent within a few weeks after confirmation of the application.
Please do not pay the course fee until you have received this invoice.
In unavoidable circumstances, IOH reserves the right to alter the teachers or programme. In such cases, participants will be informed as soon as possible.
Bed & Breakfast expenses must be paid in cash to the host.
Grants for Russian students
Thanks to The Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds, 10 young Russian students will be awarded with a grant. Unfortunately, new requests can not be dealt with anymore.
Method of payment
We strongly advise participants to pay by PayPal on our website, which is free of charge for EUR accounts. For non EUR accounts we will pay the bank costs. Payments can be made either through a Paypal account, with your credit card, or through an account of a bank that has a contract with Paypal. All information can be found on their site.
If you use someone else's credit card to pay, please inform us by e-mail (as the names will differ).
Participants not using PayPal must pay the bank costs themselves. We cannot accept 'Shared Costs'.
Cheques and cash cannot be accepted.
Please ignore the final confirmation 'your order will be sent to the following address'.
